Freiberuflicher Trainer, Bereich Diversity im Hochschulkontext: Konzeption und Durchführung von Trainings (u.a. Universität Hamburg, Kölner Hochschule für Musik und Tanz, Universität Heidelberg). Schwerpunkte: Migration, Antidiskriminierung, Gender, Care Work. Umfangreiche Weiterbildung im Jahr 2019 (Ausbildungsumfang: 240 Stunden). Bundesweite Tätigkeit als Trainer u.a. im Gender-Tandem in Kooperation mit dem Fachverband für gender_diversity-kompetente Bildung und Beratung e.V. inklusive in Online-Formaten.

Promotion im Fach Wirtschafts- und Sozialgeschichte zu dem Thema „Kirchlich organisierte Pflege-Fachkräftemigration aus Kerala nach Südwestdeutschland in den 1960er Jahren“. Zwei mehrmonatige Feldforschungsaufenthalte in Indien. Note: summa cum laude 10/2023.
